This story represents a masterclass in “Time to Value.” Despite various complexities of localization and extending non-SAP integrations, they achieved a full S/4HANA EWM rollout in under 3 months.
It is a perfect example of how a well-designed Global Template can deliver immediate business stabilization (<3 Hypercare issues ) with significant efficiency improvement (50% reduction in receiving time) from Day 1. The rollout was aided by an AI-enabled packing app to improve productivity in the outbound process.
